3 eggs, 1 cup spinach, 3 minced garlic cloves, 2 butter cubes, 1 tsp oregano, 1 red chili flake, ¼ cup grated cheese, salt and pepper.

To begin with this easy recipe, wash and chop the spinach leaves.

Chop the herbs.

Next, crack the eggs and whisk them well.

Add in salt and pepper along with oregano and chili flakes.

Take a pan and add in butter cubes.

Place the spinach leaves and garlic, and pour the egg batter over it. Cover with a lid. Once the lid is open, add in cheese, chili flakes and oregano. Cover the lid again for 2-3 minutes.
